Due to high volumes of applications we would like to note that if you do not receive a reply to your application within 72 hours we have rejected your application. Unfortunately we can not afford to spend the time replying to fraud/violating T.O.S/spam applications. If you feel your application should be reviewed again, e-mail us with a Subject stating: "Review App: Free Hosting". Thank you. A reminder: All accounts must prove to be active by removing the default Synced.org place holder within 72 hours of account creation or by an e-mail to inform us that you will be using your web space shortly. Failure to do so will result in account suspension, and later deletion.

Availability of our services is at our discretion. We have a zero tolerance policy against fraud, theft, and abuse of our services. We review every account and users found to sign up multiple times will have their accounts deleted without warning. We will also ban IP's that have attempted to fraud our sign up system or sign up with false information. Our ad policy is also part of our zero tolerance policy and at our discretion accounts can and will be deleted without any prior notice, this is your warning to follow our T.O.S. All content must be in English.

Reseller hosting is for project owners, large web sites, and or web sites that require sub sites that are seperate entities from the main site. The reseller hosting is not for resale, despite the name. The reseller hosting accounts are not to be used to host friends, family, and or other third party hosting.

Shared hosting is for the use of the soul owner of the account. Your site content can be for business, personal, or any other use that does not violate our Terms of Service. The hosted content must owned by the person who is publishing it. Any account that consumes an abnormal amount of resources on our servers will have their account suspended. Any account suspended will be removed within 48 - 72 hours unless you notify us to discuss the reasons of suspension. Any ad violations will also coincide with our zero tolerance policy and the account of the violating user will be suspended, if this is the case please do not hesitate to e-mail us and we will work with you to re-activate your account. Remember: Synced.org hosting is for Web Site Hosting - NOT FILE HOSTING or STORAGE.

Synced.org is owned and operated by ThinkEffect Media. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy online.  The terms contained on this page may be revised from time to time.  To protect your interests, visit this page periodically to review the current terms of our policy.

Personal information is requested when you register to be a member.  During registration, you are asked to provide your name, email address, birth date, gender, postal or zip code, occupation, industry and personal interests, etc.  The information you submit allows us to ensure the safety of all of our hosting users. 

Our purpose in collecting personal information is to identify the member as well as to send recent updates and important announcements via post and/or email.  We do this to better understand and serve all our members.  No part of the information you have provided will be sold, disclosed, or made accessible by third-parties or by the public. 

The information shown through ads is controlled by the advertising company themselves. We are the middle men; we offer a service that we believe is  of quality.

Members hold complete freedom to express themselves on their web sites.  Although your intellectual freedom is respected, Synced still reserves the right to suspend and or remove accounts that violate the acceptable use policy.

Synced Ad Policy

Synced.org will require that ads be placed on your hosted web pages. No pornographic or adult content will be advertised. At times you may see ads for the Synced network, for our partners, and or for unlisted advertisers who are working with Synced. If you are offended or would like to report abuse to our ad management system please email Admin(AT)synced.org.

Required Ads: Accounts that require ads will be checked daily. We do not force ads to be displayed; it is by the user’s choice and agreement with Synced to implement them onto the users web site. We will offer one warning if the ads are not in place, following this you’re hosting account can, and may be, deleted. We will not be responsible for data lost.

This is important: As part of the agreement with Synced hosting and the user, each page that has a Synced ad on it should be viewable for any visitor without having to scroll down the page. For example, If an admin at Synced visits a user hosted page they should not have to scroll to find the Synced required ad.

Follow the rules with ads, they are there to pay for your hosting, in return we offer a paid service free of monetary charge on your part. Thank you.

Acceptable Use Guidelines

Content. Synced.org requires all content hosted by our network to be in English. Synced reserves the right to prohibit or delete any conduct, communication or content which Synced in its sole discretion determines to be unlawful, potentially harmful to others or may expose Synced Services to harm or liability. By content, we mean the text, software, communications, images, sounds and other information provided online, hosted or transmitted in connection with or as a result of the Services provided to you. You agree that all claims, disputes or wrongdoing which result from, or which are related in any way to, the content of information that you transmit, re-transmit, host or receive through the Services are your sole and exclusive responsibility.

If you send an online communication (e.g., e-mail, posting, instant message), host or post any content, you bear full responsibility for the content. You are responsible for using reasonable efforts to screen any unwanted material and reporting any offensive or illegal communications to Synced.

Synced supports anti-piracy laws and will cooperate in full with any agency. We do not support file sharing and or use of software to file share. Rules and Regulations . You may not transmit, distribute, host or store unwanted materials, offensive content, disabling code or any other materials that may impact the Service or user experience. This includes, without limitation:

  • viruses, Trojan horse programs, logic bombs, worms and messages which include character sequences intended to control the recipient’s computer or display screen;
  • make-money fast schemes, pyramid or chain letters;
  • fraudulent offers, threats or harassment;
  • material that includes or contains links to nudity, pornography or foul language;
  • any pornographic material, child porn, or exploitation of peoples under the age of 18.
  • material that is obscene, lewd, lascivious, excessively violent or otherwise objectionable;
  • material that is racist or otherwise offensive to Synced users and or the public.
  • password-only, hidden, or restricted access pages unless expressly allowed as part of the Service.
  • any unauthorized use of material protected by patent, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right;
  • material that is defamatory, obscene, constitutes an illegal threat or harassment, violates export control laws, or is used to commit fraud or any other activity that is prohibited by criminal or civil law;

E-mail Policy. You may not use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation including violation of the CAN-SPAM Act, any other anti-spam law or any rule, policy or procedure of United Online Web Services including, without limitation:

  • Spam emails, emailers, and accounts will be deleted.

System and Network Security. You will not attempt to degrade the services offered by Synced.org.
